What you will do

• Lead client relationships, manage business opportunities, and develop project briefs and scopes of work.
• Oversee project management, ensuring milestones and deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Mentor and supervise Associate, Account, and Senior Account Executives.
• Collaborate with strategy and leadership to identify market opportunities for organic growth.
• Develop and monitor proposals, budgets, and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an Account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company.
• Proven daily client-facing experience and expertise in Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) review.
• Ability to work Central Time hours.
