What you will do

• Support day-to-day client communications and serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Execute publications and medical communications projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate project activities across internal scientific, creative, and editorial capability teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and budgets, escalating risks as needed.
• Manage publication records within Datavision and support the MLR review process via systems like Veeva.
• Prepare client status updates, meeting agendas, recaps, and action-item follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in medical communications, medical education, or pharma marketing.
• Foundational understanding of the life sciences industry and medical communications environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with publications management tools like Datavision.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Familiarity with document submission systems such as Veeva PromoMats.
