Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and tracking tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Track key milestones, risks, and action items across the energy development portfolio.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and data repositories.
• Support budget tracking and cost management processes.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 2-5 years of experience in energy development, infrastructure delivery, or project management.
• Strong project management skills including schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with energy project lifecycles and delivery challenges.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
