What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive account growth.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Engage with customers through regular communication to understand business needs.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support account strategies and campaigns.
- Manage leads from digital and marketing activities and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and contribute to overall sales performance.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement within a technology or services environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across customer and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Awareness of cloud, software licensing, or IT services environments.
