What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive account growth.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Engage with customers through regular communication to understand business needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support account strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage leads from digital and marketing activities and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and contribute to overall sales performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer engagement within a technology or services environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • Awareness of cloud, software licensing, or IT services environments.
