Associate Account Executive (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid (must be based in Minneapolis, MN; 3 days per week in-office presence required)

Salary: $60,000 (Total annualized on-target compensation)

What you will do

• Execute on retailer-directed leads and prescribe the best solutions to meet Supplier needs.
• Act as a consultant to communicate retail partner value, timelines, and requirements to the Supplier community.
• Drive maximum adoption through signed agreements as part of coordinated campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams to maximize upsell opportunities for businesses from small to enterprise level.
• Document all sales activity, insights, and pipeline velocity within Salesforce.com.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of post-secondary education and 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis office (3 days per week).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex business processes.
• Process-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of experience in outside, inside, or retail sales.
• Proven competence with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
