TL;DR
Associate Account Executive (SaaS): Managing retail industry leads to drive new sales and maximize partner programs with an accent on consultative selling and cross-selling. Location: Hybrid (must be based in Minneapolis, MN; 3 days per week in-office presence required)
Salary: $60,000 (Total annualized on-target compensation)

What you will do
- Execute on retailer-directed leads and prescribe the best solutions to meet Supplier needs.
- Act as a consultant to communicate retail partner value, timelines, and requirements to the Supplier community.
- Drive maximum adoption through signed agreements as part of coordinated campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account teams to maximize upsell opportunities for businesses from small to enterprise level.
- Document all sales activity, insights, and pipeline velocity within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of post-secondary education and 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Minneapolis office (3 days per week).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex business processes.
- Process-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of experience in outside, inside, or retail sales.
- Proven competence with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
