What you will do

  • Develop and manage senior-level relationships with procurement and clinical development stakeholders at top-20 pharmaceutical companies.
  • Build and execute account plans aligned with customer trial portfolios and clinical priorities.
  • Lead complex commercial engagements from qualification through negotiation and contract closure.
  • Coordinate with strategic delivery partners to manage hirify.global's commercial position on enterprise accounts.
  • Provide accurate pipeline reporting and market intelligence via Salesforce.
  • Represent the organization at senior levels and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or clinical research industry.
  • Proven track record of closing significant multi-year agreements with large pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
  • Consultative selling capability with strong negotiation skills at senior levels.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.

Nice to have

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in life sciences or business.
  • Direct experience in COA, eCOA, or clinical trial services.
  • Existing relationships within top-20 pharmaceutical procurement or clinical development.
  • Knowledge of the eCOA market landscape and competitive dynamics.
  • Fluency in additional European or Asian languages.
