What you will do

• Lead and deliver IROC-related engagements predominantly in the USA, providing domain expertise through client engagement, artefact development, deliverable review, and project-team coaching.
• Co-develop the broader IROC capability in the region and collaborate with the global IROC solution team to shape strategy and repeatable offerings.
• Coach and develop people in the region to build a local team knowledgeable in IROC concepts and best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure consistency of approach and provide feedback for continuous improvement of global IROC offerings.
• Stay current on industry, competitor, and technology trends; align services to market needs and identify alliances/investment opportunities to grow revenue.
• Establish hirify.global’s market eminence via conference presentations, industry forums, white papers, and other thought leadership.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of management consulting or relevant industry and domain experience.
• Senior experience in the implementation or operation of IROCs in the mining, metals, or energy industries.
• Deep knowledge of holistic IROC design across people, process, technology, and facilities to deliver maximum client value.
• Ability to articulate a vision for next-generation digitally enabled IROCs and the associated client value proposition.
• Strong skills in team building, client relations, negotiation, decision-making, and creative problem solving across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to travel across North America to client/project sites as required.
