What you will do

• Lead and deliver IROC-related engagements, providing domain expertise and project oversight.
• Co-develop and expand the regional IROC capability by coaching and building a local team.
• Collaborate with the global IROC solution team to shape and champion repeatable offerings.
• Establish market eminence through thought leadership, white papers, and conference presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential alliances and acquisitions.
• Facilitate complex cross-organizational problem solving and client negotiations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of management consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Senior-level experience in the implementation or operation of IROCs in mining, metals, or energy.
• Deep understanding of holistic design approaches across people, process, technology, and facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business (MBA or postgraduate degree is an asset).
• Ability to articulate a vision for next-generation digitally enabled IROCs.
• Must be able to travel to client/project sites across North America as required.
