Salary: $100,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Drive recruiting coordination by managing interview scheduling, ATS hygiene, and candidate communications.
• Own the San Francisco office experience, managing vendors and day-to-day logistics to foster an intentional culture.
• Power People Operations by coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HRIS data accuracy.
• Scale Corporate Operations, including All Hands meetings, company offsites, and internal communications.
• Utilize AI to build reliable, repeatable workflows for internal processes.
• Support Delivery Operations with workflow assistance as the role evolves.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment or a master's degree.
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and a track record of execution-heavy work.
• Resourceful self-starter capable of identifying and solving problems independently.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust across functions.
• Comfortable context-switching between strategic projects and hands-on logistics.
• Must be willing to work in the San Francisco office every day.
