Salary: $55,000 - $70,000

What you will do

• Support showroom readiness for client visits, events, and presentations.
• Coordinate furniture installations, mockups, and pop-up events.
• Manage recurring maintenance schedules, repairs, and vendor logistics.
• Assist with showroom relocations, transitions, and asset lifecycle processes.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and asset tracking systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT/AV, and Facilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City, NY
• Associate’s degree in business, facilities, operations, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, facilities support, or showroom environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations or regional/global programs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar tracking systems.
• Working knowledge of basic AV/IT readiness.
