Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

What you will do
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, supply inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and candidates, ensuring a high-quality, brand-aligned experience.
- Oversee office budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, coordinate office events, and facilitate team-building activities.
- Support project management initiatives across departments and coordinate with global teams to ensure efficient delivery.
- Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting basic technical issues and coordinating with external IT partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of office management experience in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be based in New York City and available to work onsite 5 days per week.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities under pressure.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
