What you will do

• Drive USDC adoption across the repo and swap dealer ecosystem.
• Integrate USDC into secured financing, derivatives margining, and dealer balance-sheet workflows.
• Lead technical engagement with primary dealers, swap dealers, FCMs, CCPs, custodians, and tri-party agents.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure USDC integrations align with derivatives and market regulations.
• Advise senior leadership on how USDC delivers capital, liquidity, and operational benefits.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in traditional capital markets with exposure to repo markets, swap dealers, or collateral management.
• Strong understanding of dealer funding models, balance-sheet constraints, and regulatory capital considerations.
• Expertise in margin frameworks, netting, segregation, rehypothecation, and liquidity requirements.
• Proven ability to negotiate high-impact strategic deals at the C-level.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Company participates in E-Verify).
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Proficiency with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
