Salary: $120,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

• Source and engage passive technical talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and AngelList.
• Design top-of-the-funnel strategies in partnership with hiring managers to meet engineering hiring needs.
• Identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle with speed, transparency, and effective candidate pitching.
• Assist with offer generation and closing processes.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordination, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or Entelo.
• Proven experience partnering with engineering hiring managers to identify needs and build pipelines.
• Familiarity with Lever or equivalent Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
