What you will do

• Proactively source and engage technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, and market research.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to skills, geographies, and business needs.
• Design outreach strategies and nurture campaigns for passive candidates.
• Assess candidates for technical fit, motivation, and culture; prepare them for interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers on role intake, calibration, and search execution.
• Provide talent advising with market insights, compensation trends, and recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience and track pipeline metrics for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years technical recruiting experience in engineering consulting, AEC, or complex technical industries.
• Proven recruiting in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Success partnering with clients providing talent insights and guidance.
• Strong sourcing for passive technical talent; translate requirements into strategies.
• High ownership and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's in Human Resources or related field.
