Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority technical, cleared, and business-critical positions.
- Coordinate recruiting activities between internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leadership to drive hiring outcomes and candidate pipeline development.
- Provide guidance to recruiters and partners to ensure organizational accountability and responsiveness.
- Support recruiting operations initiatives, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting cleared, technical, or government contracting environments.
- Proven success recruiting for cybersecurity, engineering, and cleared positions.
- Strong understanding of OFCCP, EEO, and cleared hiring compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, or Greenhouse.
- Location: Hybrid role requiring regular presence in McLean, VA
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI/ML, cybersecurity, or highly specialized technical recruiting.
- Familiarity with GovCon labor categories, proposal staffing, and recompete staffing.
- Experience mentoring recruiters or junior recruiting staff.
- Experience with recruiting automation tools and AI-enabled sourcing technologies.
