What you will do
- Plan and execute a full calendar of field events, including regional roadshows, executive roundtables, and major conferences like RSA and Black Hat.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, budgeting, staffing, materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Build and manage co-marketing programs with technology, channel, and strategic partners through joint event planning and shared budgets.
- Design integrated regional marketing programs aligned with sales goals and target accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, SDR, and marketing teams on outreach, messaging alignment, and pipeline conversion.
- Define KPIs and report on program performance to optimize ROI and efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3+ years focused on field marketing, event management, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of planning and executing a high volume of events, from executive dinners to 1,000+ person conferences.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Strong project management skills and experience working closely with sales teams in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability and willingness to travel to events.
