What you will do

  • Own net-new qualified meetings and pipeline generation as core performance metrics.
  • Build and scale growth channels from scratch, including paid acquisition, SEO, and conversion systems.
  • Translate technical security shifts and AI-native trends into compelling demand hooks for CISOs and risk leaders.
  • Design and execute ABM programs for high-value enterprise accounts in coordination with outbound teams.
  • Lead influencer and creator-driven distribution programs across LinkedIn, podcasts, and niche communities.
  • Operate a disciplined experimentation system using AI tools for messaging variants and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or acquisition.
  • Proven track record of building demand engines from the ground up rather than just optimizing existing ones.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • AI-native operator proficient in using tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate campaign creation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, X) and enterprise GTM motions.
  • Analytical fluency in attribution, funnel metrics, and experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
