Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own pipeline generation for the AMER region, aligning activities with overall revenue goals.
- Plan and execute regional events, including -hosted roundtables, dinners, and sponsored conferences.
- Develop and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with the Sales team.
- Create channel and partner marketing initiatives to drive co-sourced pipeline.
- Manage regional campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and execution to measurement.
- Track and report on pipeline created, influenced, and overall ROI, iterating based on results.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in field, regional, or demand generation.
- Proven track record of building and influencing pipeline for a specific geographic region.
- Hands-on experience with event management, ABM, and channel/partner marketing.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales organizations.
- Ability to own metrics, goals, and performance reporting.
- Must be based in the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical products for developers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in fast-growing or early-stage environments.
