What you will do

• Deliver market access engagements across payer, provider, and patient solutions
• Achieve revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement and project support
• Provide leadership to the consulting team on high-quality services for biopharma clients
• Support hiring, staffing, people development, and culture building
• Collaborate across business units on strategy and execution
• Build new business opportunities and maintain client partnerships with strategic solutions
• Coach, mentor staff, oversee onboarding, and provide career development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, business or related; master’s/PhD advantageous
• 10+ years consulting or commercialization strategy in health policy/reimbursement, focus on physician-administered medicine
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, coding, payment methodologies, and physician reimbursement
• Excellent communication, strategic/technical writing skills
• Leadership in decision-making, team guidance, and role modeling
