TL;DR
Market Access Leader (Healthcare): Guiding complex market access and commercialization strategies for life sciences innovators with an accent on payer dynamics, coverage, reimbursement, and policy navigation. Focus on developing actionable recommendations, leading client engagements, and shaping market access across commercial and public payers.
Fully Remote (US only; must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States), preference for Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone. Option for hybrid work in Washington, DC or Austin, TX.
Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 base + performance bonus + long-term incentives

What you will do
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary client contact on market access engagements.
- Lead development of market access strategies across commercial and public payer environments.
- Translate complex challenges into clear, actionable recommendations and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify and expand opportunities within client relationships and contribute to proposals and business development.
- Mentor team members and contribute to evolution of market access offerings.
- Partner across teams for integrated client solutions spanning launch planning, pricing, stakeholder engagement, and sales force effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA, MPP, MS Health Economics, or similar).
- 10–15 years of experience in market access, commercialization, consulting, or life sciences.
- Demonstrated success leading complex client engagements.
- Deep understanding of payer dynamics, coverage, and reimbursement.
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and project delivery.
