Location: US Remote. Outlined above is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role for US-based candidates. If you're based outside of the US, your recruiter will be able to provide you with an estimated salary range for your location.

Salary: $210K – $235K

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of HR Operations strategy, aligning systems, processes, and programs with company growth and business priorities.
  • Own and optimize the HRIS ecosystem, ensuring data integrity, scalable architecture, and seamless integrations.
  • Drive the evolution of People Operations through AI and automation, improving efficiency and the employee experience.
  • Design and continuously improve scalable People processes and workflows that create consistency and a high-quality employee experience.
  • Drive people analytics and reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Build and develop a high-impact operations team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across HR Operations or People Operations, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
  • Proven experience owning HRIS systems, people analytics, and operational infrastructure at scale.
  • Strong track record of driving innovation and building scalable HR processes in high-growth environments.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High level of data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Expertise in compliance, policies, and operational best practices across the employee lifecycle.
