What you will do
- Lead product education for the internal team, ensuring every release is supported by sessions, documentation, and demos.
- Design and execute customer workshops and recurring product sessions to drive depth and outcomes.
- Develop a repeatable customer onboarding path from signed contract to first-value realization.
- Build the Siena Academy, including the curriculum, certifications, and learning paths for both internal and external audiences.
- Establish and grow the Siena community through recurring spaces, events, and rituals for customers and partners.
- Equip the sales team with high-converting demo scripts, narratives, and vertical-specific storylines.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe.
- Deep product fluency with AI products; ability to demo, break, and teach them at depth.
- Proven track record as an exceptional teacher and storyteller, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Experience as a builder who has shipped programs, curricula, or communities from zero without a brief.
- AI-native mindset with experience building AI agents and replacing manual workflows with AI.
- Strong interest in consumer brands and high-growth startup environments.
