What you will do

• Design and manage end-to-end AI learning programs tailored to various roles and skill levels.
• Create learning pathways, training content, and practical self-service resources like playbooks and prompt packs.
• Act as an internal AI upskilling champion to foster a culture of curiosity and adoption.
• Coach teams through the organizational changes brought by AI integration.
• Track engagement, effectiveness, and business impact to continuously improve learning quality.
• Build relationships across markets to ensure local context shapes curriculum design and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading L&D, enablement, or training programs, ideally across multiple markets.
• Hands-on experience using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel regularly within Europe for face-to-face training.

Nice to have

• Working proficiency in additional languages such as Norwegian, Polish, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Slovak, Portuguese, or German.
