What you will do

• Own end-to-end content creation across social platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish high-velocity content to drive engagement and reach.
• Identify and leverage trends, formats, and hooks to maintain cultural relevance.
• Analyze performance data to rapidly test and iterate on content strategies.
• Collaborate with sellers, creators, and internal teams to produce authentic, engaging content.
• Contribute to the broader social media strategy while remaining deeply involved in daily execution.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable engagement and growth.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and short-form video dynamics.
• High proficiency in short-form video creation and editing tools like CapCut or Premiere.
• Comfortable appearing on camera with a natural on-screen presence.
• High-output mindset with the ability to manage multiple content pieces per week.
