What you will do
- Manage North America social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn to align with brand objectives.
- Lead integrated social campaigns that support ticket sales, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Concept, produce, and optimize platform-native content, with a strong emphasis on short-form video.
- Handle real-time community engagement, brand voice management, and escalation of reputational risks.
- Analyze performance data to translate insights into actionable strategies for audience growth and conversion.
- Collaborate with international social teams and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience creating content for entertainment, music, sports, or media brands.
- Expertise in major social platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or native platform editing tools.
- Strong copywriting and community management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
