What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable Product Operating System to govern discovery, planning, and launch processes.
• Own the product organization's cadence, including QBRs, roadmap reviews, and release planning.
• Define and maintain a single source of truth for product data to provide predictive insights on health and velocity.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite regarding operational risks and resource allocation.
• Institutionalize continuous improvement through post-mortems and retrospectives.
• Dismantle silos between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Must have experience at a Tier-1 Tech Company (e.g., FAANG, Salesforce, Shopify) to understand scale.
• Must have experience in a startup/scale-up environment building structure from chaos.
• Deep familiarity with modern product frameworks like outcome-based roadmaps, OKRs, and PLG motions.
• Elite communication skills with the ability to distill complex operational challenges for executive stakeholders.
