What you will do
- Design and implement always-on lifecycle journeys across awareness, eligibility, adoption, utilization, and renewal stages.
- Build and own the lifecycle architecture, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration and data flows.
- Transition marketing strategies from batch campaigns to trigger-based, behavior-driven messaging.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to define audience segmentation and activation strategies.
- Develop scalable personalization frameworks and reusable campaign templates to accelerate execution.
- Measure and optimize lifecycle performance and funnel metrics from engagement to repeat usage.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Proven experience building and executing end-to-end lifecycle or CRM marketing programs.
- Proficiency in SQL for defining and activating audience segments.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and conversion optimization.
- Experience with email development (HTML/CSS) and dynamic content personalization.
- Must be based remotely in North America.
