TL;DR

Lifecycle Marketer (AI/Growth): Designing and scaling intelligent growth programs to drive adoption and engagement within an AI-native landscape with an accent on automation, personalization, and system thinking. Focus on building always-on journeys, integrating complex data pipelines, and leveraging AI agents to optimize the customer lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY (Office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays)

Salary: $150,000 - $210,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle journeys to drive user adoption, repeat usage, and monetization outcomes.
  • Develop scalable growth systems using AI and automation to increase campaign velocity and quality.
  • Utilize reverse ETL, APIs, and data pipelines to create sophisticated, personalized user experiences.
  • Synthesize research and product signals into targeted engagement across email and in-product channels.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing with pre-registered hypotheses to measure lift and optimize touchpoints.
  • Translate behavioral patterns and experiment results into strategic narratives for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth, or product-led engagement (PLG).
  • Proven track record of owning triggered lifecycle programs that drive measurable retention.
  • Technical fluency in MarTech concepts like reverse ETL, data pipelines, and webhooks.
  • Strong ability to design A/B tests and explain statistical significance to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in copywriting and messaging with a user-first lens.
  • Must be based in San Francisco or New York City to support hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer.io, Figma, and basic SQL.
  • Experience across B2B, B2C, and B2C2B surfaces.
  • Proven usage of AI tools to streamline professional operations.
