What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the B2C tool, Braze, for the User Growth team.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation workflows to ensure scalability and personalization.
  • Integrate Generative AI tools to enhance CRM communication agility and scale.
  • Operate as a Braze specialist to enable best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide training, access management, and best practice guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Braze.
  • Proficiency in Liquid template language and HTML for emails.
  • Mandatory experience with Braze Canvas Flow and basic API calls (Webhooks and Connected Content).
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making and logical reasoning.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience with WhatsApp and SMS marketing strategies.
  • Strong interest or practical experience with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
