Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Universal City, California (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

What you will do

• Support revenue retention and expansion by managing partner launch plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Maintain accurate tracking of partnership terms and performance metrics within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful deal execution.
• Monitor partnership performance against contractual obligations and prepare regular internal/external recaps.
• Develop and execute co-marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.
• Guide new partners through onboarding, API capabilities, and integration requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in deck and report building.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for deal tracking and revenue forecasting.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Universal City, California.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies for workflow efficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams on API-based integrations.
• Experience with Atlassian and Asana project management tools.
• Background in Studio or Affiliate partnerships.
