What you will do

• Own and define key metrics including conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, and refund rates to ensure data trust.
• Manage end-to-end A/B tests from hypothesis generation to implementing actionable results.
• Develop an LTV model based on early signals and sensible assumptions.
• Analyze pricing experiments to understand trade-offs between conversion, price, and long-term value.
• Optimize the web onboarding funnel to identify and capture growth wins.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate analytical workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, and CTEs.
• Experience using Python for analysis and light automation.
• Experience with ETL and pipelines using Airflow or dbt.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Deep understanding of subscription unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
• Solid grasp of A/B testing design, sample sizes, and honest result interpretation.

• Active integration of AI tools into your daily analytics workflow.
• Background in health, pharma, or digital health domains.
