What you will do

• Own and optimize HubSpot CRM infrastructure to ensure efficiency for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Develop custom integrations using the HubSpot API to connect with external tools, CRMs, and databases.
• Design and build automated workflows for lead nurturing, deal tracking, and email marketing campaigns.
• Execute A/B tests and identify user patterns to optimize conversion rates across the contact lifecycle.
• Create custom reports to assess campaign performance and monitor pipeline health.
• Provide internal training and comprehensive documentation for new operational processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM management.
• Technical proficiency with HubSpot’s API, including programming custom integrations and workflows.
• Hands-on experience setting up and using webhooks to trigger external actions.
• Deep familiarity with HubSpot's Workflow and CRM tools, including custom properties and data management.
• Ability to analyze marketing and sales metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in the US (inferred from benefits and location).
