What you will do

• Maintain and update HubSpot records for leads, customers, and partners to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Create and manage automated email sequences, lead scoring models, and internal task notifications.
• Monitor incoming leads and coordinate assignments to ensure timely follow-up.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on KPIs, including conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Serve as the internal technical expert for HubSpot troubleshooting and staff training.
• Manage integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Gmail, WordPress, and LinkedIn.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing a HubSpot CRM environment (Certification preferred).
• Strong understanding of CRM hygiene, including de-duplication, list segmentation, and data mapping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• High level of precision when handling sensitive customer information and complex automation logic.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve CRM performance.
• Must be available to work 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Time (PST).
