What you will do
- Lead discovery conversations with potential prospects to position Lightspeed as the optimal solution.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase platform value.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to successful client activation.
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns to drive MRR growth and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve organizational objectives and business goals.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French.
- Good command of English.
- Strong passion for sales and technology with a proactive, curious mindset.
- Resilience and ability to bounce back from rejection to maintain pipeline momentum.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse customer profiles.
- Experience in sales is preferred, though training is provided for rising talent.
