What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM) research to size talent pools and determine hiring feasibility.
• Develop job mapping strategies by analyzing competitor organizations and technical stacks.
• Execute customized sourcing strategies using boolean search, x-ray techniques, and GitHub mining.
• Craft personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive senior and staff-level engineers.
• Manage candidate experience from initial outreach through handoff to recruiters.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of hiring senior, staff, and principal-level engineers.
• Expertise in boolean search, x-ray searches, and GitHub/repository mining.
• Proficiency with SeekOut Recruit, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS (Ashby or Greenhouse).
• Strong ability to perform market mapping and talent pool analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.
