Salary: $175,000 – $230,000

What you will do
- Lead hiring for Director, VP, C-Suite, and L8+ engineering roles.
- Develop foundational executive recruiting processes including market calibration and referral strategies.
- Manage end-to-end searches from initial kick-off to final offer and onboarding.
- Partner with Corporate Development on acquihires and strategic M&A talent integration.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executives regarding hiring objectives and succession planning.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to build a high-impact executive recruiting function.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience with at least 5+ years in-house at high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of hiring executives across both technical and business functions.
- Deep existing network of executive talent and strong sourcing capabilities.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with executives at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Must be located within commuting distance of San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, or Seattle.
