What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role scope, and evaluation criteria.
  • Design and implement high-quality talent assessments, including take-home assignments and structured exercises.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
  • Coach interviewers on calibration, decision-making, and assessing cultural alignment.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse and report on key recruiting metrics.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure an equitable candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or mission-driven organizations.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Must work within the continental United States.
  • Proven ability to design effective talent assessments and structured interview processes.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
  • Willingness to travel at least twice per year for team events.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting automation tools.
  • Interest in technology and AI trends.
  • Background in mission-driven or education-focused organizations.
