What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role scope, and evaluation criteria.
- Design and implement high-quality talent assessments, including take-home assignments and structured exercises.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
- Coach interviewers on calibration, decision-making, and assessing cultural alignment.
- Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure an equitable candidate experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or mission-driven organizations.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Must work within the continental United States.
- Proven ability to design effective talent assessments and structured interview processes.
- Strong project management skills and experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
- Willingness to travel at least twice per year for team events.
Nice to have
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting automation tools.
- Interest in technology and AI trends.
- Background in mission-driven or education-focused organizations.
