Salary: $99,000 - $150,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach across all functions.
• Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with executive recruiters and leadership to align on leadership profiles and succession priorities.
• Manage candidate activity and workflows using tools such as Greenhouse and Gem.
• Analyze sourcing data and market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in executive search, including advising clients on talent and managing the search process.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools (Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to translate business priorities into targeted research and sourcing strategies for senior stakeholders.
• Must be based in Chicago, Menlo Park, or New York to meet in-office requirements.
