TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Sourcer (HR): Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent for critical roles with an accent on building diverse candidate pipelines and market insights. Focus on leveraging Boolean/X-ray search techniques, networking, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill hard-to-fill positions.
Location: Hybrid (North Andover, MA). Must work in the office three days per week (Monday–Wednesday)
Salary: $98,000–$109,000 yearly

What you will do
- Develop and execute highly targeted sourcing strategies and provide market insights for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through networking, cold calling, data mining, and social media.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to assess talent needs and collaboratively build effective sourcing plans.
- Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, salary range, and cultural fit.
- Manage recruitment campaigns to ensure diverse pools of high-quality candidates.
- Utilize available metrics to optimize the return on investment for new hires.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of directly related recruiting experience, including 2+ years specifically in a talent sourcing capacity.
- Must be based in or able to work from the North Andover, MA office.
- Proficiency in Boolean searches, X-ray searching, and talent pipeline building.
- Solid knowledge of human resources and employment law.
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and project management skills.
