What you will do

• Act as a talent consultant to the C-suite and senior leadership to align executive hiring with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end executive searches across global functions, from initial research and sourcing to closing.
• Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to prioritize a global network of high-caliber talent.
• Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to design and negotiate sophisticated compensation and equity packages.
• Provide market mapping, competitive intelligence, and pipeline health reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Standardize and optimize the executive hiring journey for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically placing VP and C-suite talent in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success operating within a distributed global hiring model.
• Expertise in navigating high-stakes negotiations involving complex compensation and equity structures.
• Commitment to using market intelligence and funnel analytics to optimize search health.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with elite talent and maintain long-term pipelines.
• Must be based in the US or UK.
