Salary: $176,163 - $250,700 annually

What you will do

• Lead the full product lifecycle of the Payments Platform, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and launch.
• Drive optimization initiatives across authorization strategy, intelligent routing, retry/dunning programs, and tokenization.
• Manage end-to-end relationships and commercial negotiations with external payment partners.
• Support global expansion by enabling new payment methods and addressing international regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Data Science to build experimentation frameworks, define KPIs, and run A/B tests.
• Identify opportunities to reduce payment failures and lower the cost of goods sold for payments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management focused on payments, billing, or subscription commerce at scale.
• Deep knowledge of payment gateways, processors, tokenization, digital wallets, and recurring billing.
• Understanding of payment orchestration, intelligent routing, and modern API-driven architectures.
• Experience managing global payment systems across multiple currencies and regulatory environments.
• Strong analytical skills including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
