Salary: $240,000 – $344,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for the core payments platform to support rapid international expansion.
• Own the end-to-end money movement ecosystem, including payment initiation, processing, payouts, and refunds.
• Define and optimize core metrics such as authorization rates, payout success, and processing costs.
• Build a scalable financial data foundation and ledger systems for internal reporting and seller transparency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Trust & Safety to maintain financial controls and manage risk.
• Establish experimentation frameworks to validate performance and continuously iterate on payment capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a heavy focus on payments platforms (card/alternative payments, payouts, chargebacks).
• Proven track record of owning high-volume, mission-critical payment systems at fintech, marketplace, or platform companies.
• Deep familiarity with payment processors such as Stripe, Braintree, or Adyen.
• Strong expertise in financial data, reconciliation, and supporting month-end close processes.
• Ability to drive complex initiatives from 0→1 and 1→N in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of the NY, SF, Seattle, or LA hubs.
