What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the payments domain, including Worldpay for Platforms integration.
• Translate district needs into clear requirements and priorities to reduce administrative burden.
• Partner with engineering, design, and payment operations to deliver scalable financial workflows.
• Act as the voice of the district through regular customer engagement and feedback loops.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and payment industry trends to inform product strategy.
• Communicate product roadmap, risks, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS.
• Direct experience with payment infrastructure and payfac-as-a-service platforms.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations, risk controls, and PCI compliance.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, interchange rates, and reconciliation flows.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven ability to manage complex product areas with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in K-12 EdTech or public sector SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Worldpay for Platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows for non-technical users.
