What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for a next-generation issuance and processing platform.
• Lead and mentor a senior product management organization responsible for platform services.
• Drive alignment between customer needs, operational priorities, and long-term platform investments.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure financial infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee roadmap execution and product delivery while ensuring high platform performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate regulatory, network, and market changes into strategic product initiatives and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management leadership experience, preferably within fintech, payments, SaaS, or platform-based technology environments.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage large-scale roadmaps, and lead end-to-end product execution for complex technical platforms.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, ISO 8583, EMV standards, digital wallets, gateway services, and security practices.
• Strong technical acumen across APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, observability, incident management, and scalable production environments.
• Experience building systems that process large-scale transaction volumes and support mission-critical financial operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and translate complex concepts into business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, developer platforms, reconciliation systems, and money movement technologies is highly preferred.
