• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for hirify.global's global payments product portfolio.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to launch stablecoin-powered solutions.
• Craft compelling narratives and positioning to drive customer engagement and long-term growth.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts to ensure products remain ahead of the market.
• Develop data-driven insights to refine product and marketing strategies.
• Steer high-impact strategic initiatives that shape the company's direction and market influence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (verified via E-Verify).
• 8+ years of experience in B2B Product Marketing owning GTM strategy and execution.
• 4+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including stablecoins and crypto rails.
• Expertise in turning complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and synthesize market trends.
