What you will do

• Lead a team of Sales Associates (SAs), managing performance and setting weekly/monthly targets.
• Acquire new retailers and maximize sales potential within the assigned territory.
• Conduct bi-weekly POS visits to maintain dealer relationships and resolve inquiries.
• Execute risk control strategies to identify and eliminate fraud.
• Recruit, train, and mentor SAs in sales techniques and company regulations.
• Prepare regular sales reporting and analyze daily data for regional management.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience in Sales with a readiness for field work.
• Must be based in or able to operate in Nueva Ecija & Aurora, Philippines.
• Graduate of a 2 or 4-year course in any field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and professional integrity.
