What you will do
- Respond to technical support requests across the product suite.
- Reproduce and diagnose bugs, analyze log files, and document findings for engineering.
- Manage escalation pathways and collaborate with product teams on incident management.
- Help enterprise users optimize their development environments and Git workflows.
- Author and maintain technical help center documentation.
- Contribute to AI-assisted system development for internal use.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Tier 2 or above technical support or help desk experience.
- Demonstrated ability to reproduce bugs, analyze logs, and document technical findings.
- Familiarity with Git concepts and version control workflows.
- Comfortable working across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Working knowledge of AI systems and tools like Claude or OpenAI.
- Must be based in the Americas West region or able to work hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ.
Nice to have
- Experience with Git hosting services like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with IDE clients such as VS Code or Cursor.
- Understanding of networking principles and cloud technologies like AWS.
- Bilingual skills.
