TL;DR

What you will do

  • Respond to technical support requests across the hirify.global product suite.
  • Reproduce and diagnose bugs, analyze log files, and document findings for engineering.
  • Manage escalation pathways and collaborate with product teams on incident management.
  • Help enterprise users optimize their development environments and Git workflows.
  • Author and maintain technical help center documentation.
  • Contribute to AI-assisted system development for internal use.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Tier 2 or above technical support or help desk experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to reproduce bugs, analyze logs, and document technical findings.
  • Familiarity with Git concepts and version control workflows.
  • Comfortable working across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Working knowledge of AI systems and tools like Claude or OpenAI.
  • Must be based in the Americas West region or able to work hybrid in Scottsdale, AZ.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Git hosting services like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Familiarity with IDE clients such as VS Code or Cursor.
  • Understanding of networking principles and cloud technologies like AWS.
  • Bilingual skills.
