Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

End-to-end Space Systems Provider designing, building, and operating LEO satellite constellations delivering mission-critical Earth Intelligence.
What you will do
- Draft and review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts, and Vendor Agreements using established playbooks.
- Identify and escalate contractual risks and deviations to senior contracts counsel.
- Partner with Growth teams to support pre-award bid capture and proposal preparation.
- Manage post-award execution, coordinate deliverables/CDRLs, and serve as a point of contact for customer contracting officers.
- Administer government profiles and certifications in SAM.gov, PIEE, and WAWF.
- Refine CLM workflows to shorten cycle times and increase pipeline visibility for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in contracts administration, management, or legal operations.
- At least 2 recent years working with government defense contractors or aerospace companies.
- Working knowledge of FAR and fluency in government contract portals (SAM.gov, PIEE, WAWF).
- Experience managing full lifecycle contracts including FFP, SBIR, and OTA agreements.
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export control regulations.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex contracting terms for non-legal teams.
Nice to have
- Active TS security clearance or eligibility to acquire one.
- Direct experience in the satellite or space systems industry.
- NCMA Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business, law, finance, or engineering.
