What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, ML, and Infrastructure roles, from sourcing to closing.
• Partner with executives and technical leaders to define hiring needs and ideal talent profiles.
• Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top-of-funnel strategies.
• Proactively source passive talent through creative research and community building.
• Guide candidates through the full journey and manage negotiations to ensure high close rates.
• Use data and funnel metrics to drive decisions and optimize hiring pace.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience focused on technical roles (software engineering, ML, or infrastructure).
• Must be based in San Francisco for an in-person role.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-growth environments with a bias toward action.
• Strong ability to collaborate with and influence technical leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience at early-stage or hyper-growth startups.
• Deep familiarity with the technical talent landscape and how top engineers evaluate opportunities.
• Track record of closing candidates for highly competitive roles in AI, ML, or infrastructure.
