What you will do

  • Partner with founders and leadership to define hiring strategy, prioritize roles, and build scalable recruiting engine.
  • Establish end-to-end recruiting processes, structured interview frameworks, and systems for technical and business hires.
  • Lead searches for critical engineering and infrastructure roles using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Define and track recruiting metrics, build reporting for pipeline health, and optimize funnel efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Shape company trajectory by attracting top technical talent and establishing hirify.global as a destination for innovators.

Requirements

  • 7+ years recruiting experience, including 2–3+ years owning or leading a recruiting function
  • Proven track record building hiring processes from ground up as early or first recruiter
  • Strong experience hiring technical talent: software engineers, infrastructure, AI/ML roles
  • Experience across technical and business functions in high-growth environments
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting metrics, pipeline management, data-driven outcomes
  • Strong sourcing, closing senior candidates, designing structured interviews and scalable practices
  • Hands-on execution in ambiguity, cross-functional influence on leadership

Nice to have

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tools companies
  • Background in venture-backed startups scaling from early to growth stage
  • Building employer brand in competitive technical markets
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, sourcing systems
  • Building and managing recruiting teams
  • Hiring in competitive niche technical markets
